VIOLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES

 Welcome to the Washington baseball tournament! 2022 youth baseball tournaments Washington is provided for fun and enjoyment. Good sportsmanship, cooperation, and good communication with our coordinator are essential to successful these tournaments. If a player has any questions about any of the administrative rules, the player can directly contact our league coordinator. The exceptions to the rules have been implemented to make the game less dangerous, less intense and so that we may all enjoy the games. Typically the schedules are released one week before the start of the tournament.

CREDIT/REFUND POLICY

Washington Baseball Tournament offers a state of fully-surfed playing surface for youth baseball tournaments in Washington. In the unlikely event that tournaments got cancelled for any reason or the team cannot play, then we will offer teams a refund/credit that is applied as:

 

  1. On a three-game guarantee event

·         One less game than the guaranteed game is a $150 credit/refund.

·         Two fewer games than the guaranteed game is a $300 credit/refund.

·         When no game is played, they will get full credit/refund.

 

2.      On a four-game guarantee event

·         One less game than the guaranteed game is a $100 credit/refund.

·         Two fewer games than the guaranteed game is a $200 credit/refund.

·         Three fewer games than the guaranteed game is a 75% credit/refund.

·         They will get a full credit/refund when no game is played.

 

3.   All the credits must be availed by July 31st of the next season, or else they will be forfeited to Northwest Sports centre.

VIOLATIONS

Loud or abusive language targeting any player or team, coaches, and umpires will not be tolerated. According to our discussions, violators may be expelled for just that game or possibly the tournament.
